Assura Hosts

Assura Health and Wellness Centres are fronted by our host team who welcome patients, coordinate services and look after the running of the building.

Each of our hosts has been chosen for their warm and professional manner as well as their ability to set patients at ease prior to their scheduled clinics.

Patients are shown through to the waiting room and offered complimentary beverages while they wait.

Hosts are also available to administer appointments, answer phones and take messages. For a small additional fee, the team offer additional administrative duties, a list of which can be provided by the host team at each Health and Wellness Centre.

Operations Team

To compliment our host team, each Health and Wellness Centre has an operations team on hand to help clinics run efficiently.

The operations team organise clinical rooms prior to the commencement of services, ensuring that everything that is needed to ensure that services run smoothly is available.

Rooms are cleaned between sessions and all consumables are replenished. The operations team remain on call throughout the day should any additional items be required once clinics are in session.

Both the operations and host teams are there to support the services that you provide and ensure that clinics run in an efficient and timely manner, while at the same time providing patients with the level of service that they expect and deserve.
