Richard Burrell (aged 43) graduated from Durham University and started his career at UBS Investment Bank and latterly at ING.
Richard formed his own fund management company and launched the Westbury Property Fund in 2002 which acquired Stobart Group in 2007. Richard has been the CEO of Assura since its formation and listing in 2003.
In 2002, he led the Admission of the Company to the Official List. Richard has been the Chief Executive Officer of Assura since its formation.
He is also Deputy Chairman of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital Imagine Appeal.
